Free worldwide delivery is included with every order.
Orders are expected to arrive between November 7–20, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact support@truepodium.com before the 14-day period expires and clearly state the decision to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying True Podium, the product must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal was communicated.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Free delivery applies to the original shipment only and does not include the cost of returning a product.
The customer is responsible for the product during return transport until it is received by True Podium.
Products may be inspected and tried on in the same way as they reasonably could be in a physical store. The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and fit.
Refunds
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after True Podium receives notice of the withdrawal.
True Podium may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or the customer provides evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund includes the amount paid for the product and, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered.
Because standard worldwide delivery is currently provided free of charge, there is no original standard delivery charge to refund.
Any additional cost resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the order, contact support@truepodium.com with the order details and information about the issue.
Where the claim is covered by applicable consumer law, True Podium will provide the remedies required by law and will bear any costs that the seller is legally required to cover.
Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and remain unaffected by this policy.

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the official True Podium online store.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the Terms of Service in effect at the time of purchase together with any product-specific information and policies referenced during checkout.
These Terms do not limit any rights granted to consumers under mandatory Danish or European consumer protection law.
Products
True Podium makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, materials, measurements and specifications are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photographic conditions. Measurements may also vary slightly as a result of normal manufacturing tolerances.
Such minor variations do not affect the customer's statutory rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement.
Product availability may change at any time.
Prices
Prices are displayed on the product page and during checkout.
Where required by applicable law, prices displayed to consumers include VAT.
The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and additional charges, will be shown before the order is submitted.
True Podium currently offers free worldwide delivery unless otherwise stated before purchase.
Prices may be changed at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, True Podium may cancel an affected order where permitted by law. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Orders
An order is placed when the customer completes the checkout process and submits the order with an obligation to pay.
Before placing an order, the customer will be able to review the selected product, size, price and other relevant order information.
After the order has been submitted, an order confirmation will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
True Podium may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:
• the product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected;
• an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred; or
• the order cannot reasonably or lawfully be fulfilled.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The customer must be authorised to use the payment method selected.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment information may therefore be processed directly by the relevant provider in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy practices.
The customer will never be charged more than the total amount displayed and accepted during checkout unless an additional amount is later expressly agreed.
If a payment is rejected or cannot be authorised, the order may not be completed.
Order Confirmation
After an order has been placed, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation containing the relevant details of the purchase.
Customers should review the confirmation and contact support@truepodium.com as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
The order confirmation should be retained for future reference.
Delivery
True Podium offers free worldwide delivery unless otherwise stated during the purchasing process.
The applicable estimated delivery period will be communicated before the purchase is completed.
True Podium will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside True Podium's reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing or exceptional transportation disruptions.
Where a delivery deadline has been specifically agreed, applicable consumer rights concerning delayed delivery remain unaffected.
Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Customers who identify an error in their delivery information should contact support@truepodium.com as soon as possible.
An address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.
True Podium is not responsible for delays caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Risk During Delivery
For consumer orders where True Podium arranges the delivery, responsibility for loss or damage remains with True Podium until the customer, or another person designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the product.
Customers should contact support@truepodium.com if an order appears to have been lost or arrives damaged.
International Orders
Products may be shipped to countries outside Denmark.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient.
The customer is responsible for any import charges legally imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may legally be imported into the destination country.
Cancellations Before Shipment
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact support@truepodium.com as soon as possible.
True Podium will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests where the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Cancellation before shipment cannot always be guaranteed.
If an order has already been shipped, consumers may instead exercise their applicable statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the product.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing products through the True Podium online store generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.
For eligible online purchases, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the product.
To exercise this right, the customer must clearly communicate the decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
Requests may be sent to:
The customer does not need to provide a reason for the return.
Further information and return instructions are available in the Delivery & Returns Policy.
Returning a Product
After informing True Podium of the decision to withdraw, the customer must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising the ordinary right of withdrawal. This applies where the customer has been informed of this responsibility before purchase.
Products should be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during return transportation.
Customers may inspect and try the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the product.
The statutory right of withdrawal is not automatically lost simply because packaging has been opened or a product has been tried on.
Refunds
When a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, True Podium will refund the payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after True Podium is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.
True Podium may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or the customer provides evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is expressly agreed.
Where the original standard delivery was free of charge, there is no original delivery charge to refund.
Return Shipping
For ordinary returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back unless True Podium expressly agrees otherwise.
True Podium will bear return or transportation costs where required by law, including costs that True Podium is legally responsible for in connection with a valid claim concerning a defective or non-conforming product.
Further return instructions are provided in the Delivery & Returns Policy.
Exchanges
True Podium does not guarantee that direct product exchanges will be available.
Where an exchange is not available, the customer may return an eligible product in accordance with the applicable return conditions and place a new order for the preferred size or product.
This does not affect statutory rights.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
Customers should inspect their order after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, the wrong product has been delivered or the product appears to be defective or otherwise non-conforming, the customer should contact:
Customers should include their order number and sufficient information to identify the issue. Photographs may be requested where reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
Consumer goods sold in the EU are protected by a minimum two-year legal guarantee against defects or lack of conformity.
Where a product does not conform to the purchase agreement, the customer may be entitled to remedies provided by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, a reduction in price or termination of the purchase and a refund.
These rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Normal Wear and Product Care
Statutory rights concerning defective products do not cover damage resulting solely from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper storage or failure to follow reasonable care instructions where the issue was not caused by a defect existing under applicable consumer law.
Customers should follow the care instructions provided with or for the product.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to a genuine product defect or lack of conformity.
Uncollected or Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for collecting parcels delivered to collection points within the period specified by the carrier.
Failure to collect a parcel does not necessarily constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Customers wishing to withdraw from a purchase should clearly communicate their decision to True Podium.
Where an order is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel, reasonable additional costs actually incurred may be deducted or charged where permitted by applicable law.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to additional conditions communicated together with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.
A promotional code may be refused where it is invalid, expired, used contrary to its stated conditions or obtained fraudulently.
Promotional terms do not affect statutory consumer rights.
Fraud and Misuse
True Podium may refuse, suspend or cancel transactions where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity or misuse of the online store.
True Podium may also take reasonable measures necessary to protect customers, payment systems and the business from fraudulent activity.
Any action taken under this section remains subject to applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All website content including photographs, videos, graphics, product imagery, text, logos, trademarks and designs is owned by True Podium or used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
The website and its content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission except where permitted by applicable law.
Purchasing a True Podium product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with the product or brand.
Website Use
The True Podium website may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Users must not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, introduce malicious software or use automated methods in a manner that materially disrupts the website.
True Podium may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its customers or its systems.
Third-Party Services
True Podium may use third-party providers for services including payment processing, website hosting and delivery.
The use of a third-party provider does not remove any responsibility that True Podium has toward consumers under applicable law.
Separate third-party websites may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
True Podium is not responsible for losses caused exclusively by circumstances outside its reasonable control where liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights concerning defective products, non-conforming goods, refunds, withdrawal rights or delivery obligations.
Changes to Orders
Customers who wish to modify an order should contact support@truepodium.com as soon as possible.
Changes to size, delivery information or other order details cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Where a requested change cannot be made, the customer's applicable cancellation, withdrawal and return rights remain unaffected.
Complaints
Questions or complaints relating to orders, returns or products should be sent to:
True Podium will review complaints in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Consumers may also have access to relevant alternative dispute resolution or consumer complaint procedures depending on their country of residence.
Eligible disputes involving Danish consumers may be referred to the applicable Danish consumer complaint system in accordance with its requirements.
Governing Law
Purchases made through True Podium are governed by Danish law.
If the customer is a consumer resident in another country, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of the customer's country of habitual residence where those protections cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
True Podium may update these Terms of Service when necessary.
The version applicable to an order is the version that was in effect when that order was placed.
Changes made after a purchase will not retroactively reduce or alter the customer's rights under an existing purchase contract.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, True Podium seeks to ensure that an appropriate legal transfer mechanism is in place as required by the GDPR.
Depending on the destination and provider, this may include:
• an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission;
• the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses; or
• another lawful transfer mechanism permitted under the GDPR.
The European Commission recognises Standard Contractual Clauses as one of the safeguards available for transfers of personal data from the EEA to countries outside the EEA.
Where applicable, additional safeguards may also be implemented to protect transferred personal data.
How Long We Keep Personal Data
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or where continued retention is required by law.
Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it is processed.
Order and transaction records may be retained for the period required under applicable accounting, tax and commercial legislation.
Customer service communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter, maintain relevant records and establish or defend legal claims.
Marketing information may be retained while an individual remains subscribed. Where consent is withdrawn, information necessary to record and respect the withdrawal may continue to be retained.
Security and technical information may be retained for an appropriate period based on security, fraud-prevention and operational requirements.
When personal data is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Data Security
True Podium takes appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against:
• unauthorised access;
• accidental or unlawful loss;
• destruction;
• alteration;
• disclosure;
• misuse.
Security measures are selected taking into account the nature of the information, the processing involved and the risks associated with that processing.
No system or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. True Podium nevertheless takes reasonable measures to protect the personal data under its responsibility.
Automated Decision-Making
True Podium does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing unless this is lawfully implemented and the appropriate information and safeguards are provided.
Certain service providers may use automated systems for functions such as payment security or fraud detection. Where such processing is performed independently by a third-party provider, the provider's own privacy information may also apply.
